Button sticks a bit
This works and looks just like the original remote that my dog ate. However the center button - which is the primary control on this device - sort of sticks and you have to press a couple of times. If not for that I’d give it 5 stars.

Doesn't work for all smart TV apps
My original tv remote controlled all the smart TV apps as well as my cable box. This replacement remote would not connect to my cable box so I did a return & replacement & that remote didn't connect either

A great replacement.
About 1/3 the price of the actual Samsung remote , it's missing the voice control feature but the rest is spot on. I never voice control my TV so this fit the bill.

More trouble than it's worth!
I bought this as a replacement to my original remote. 1st replacement was perfect. Fell and busted so I sent for a new one. It came and looked slightly different than the 1st replacement, batteries wouldn't stay in place and the volume button would only mute on and off instead of turning up and down. Sent in and thought I'd give them another chance as my very first replacement was good. Now on 3rd replacement and same as second. Sending second replacement in a week back and bought a cheaper universal remote at Walmart that works perfectly.

Replace for the Original Remote
Remote looks the same but the volume does not work with my Samsung. The other operating features do work.

I got a bad remote
The volume button came broken. It works, but I'd like to turn the TV down without getting up.

Hardly works
Remote only works half the time. Started off fine but over time the buttons start working less and less. Push play or pause button and have to hit it 5+ times to finally get it to work. Spend more money for a real replacement through Samsung

Do not buy. Crappy workmanship and poor construction, even for cheap stuff from China.
It will turn your TV on, flip channels and do a few other things but the mute function and others don't work. Pushing the volume rocker to mute the TV only turns the volume up louder. Took the cover off thinking it was just not assembled correctly and wow for shoddy workmanship and cheap and I mean C.H.E.A.P. crap from China. Don't buy. Head over to Samsung's site and buy one if you want one that works.
