Bob and Larry's Book of Prayers (VeggieTales)

Another lovely book from Veggie Tales, with sweet prayers, to teach your little ones about the beauty and joy of having a relationship with the Lord. I buy Veggie Tales movies and books for birthdays, baby showers, and "just because I love you" gifts! Please buy some of these wonderful Veggie Tales books to read to your children and/or grandchildren. Knowing and believing in God will give your little ones hope in the future. Every time you say "God bless you" to someone, you are speaking a life full of blessings into their future! I have never met a child or grownup who does not enjoy a Veggie Tales book or movie. Who doesn't love singing and dancing with Bob the Tomato and Larry Boy the Cucumber. Everybody has a Baby Kangaroo, yours is pink and mine is blue...everybody has a water buffalo, yours is fast and mine is slow. Nothing your Granny needs to worry about seeing or hearing in any Veggie Tales book!

My daughter (3 years old) is a huge Veggie Tales fan. I wanted to start praying with her at night but was a little unsure how to go about it. I got this book and I'm so glad I did. The prayers all rhyme and are grouped by category: bedtime prayers, gratefulness, blessings for dinnertime, etc. There are six or more prayers on each two-page spread, which makes this book a hefty read. What I do is, read one prayer from each page to shorten it up. When my little girl has a longer attention span, I'll read each prayer to her. I like that this book has us praying together and that the prayers are short and simple enough for her to understand. I would definitely recommend this book---I've yet to be disappointed by a Veggie Tales book!

I bought this prayer book for my daughter to help with our morning and bedtime prayer routines. Not only did this book have morning and evening prayers, but it also has great prayers for different situations (giving thanks, meal time, when afraid, when ill, etc). I also love the colorful illustrations.This board book is sturdy and resistant to my daughter's tugs, pulls and bites. The puffy, padded cover also means I dont have to worry about my daughter hurting herself when she hits the book on her face mistakenly. It is also easy to wipe clean from food stains and all.I will totally recommend this book to parents for their kids

My 3yr old daughter loves Veggie Tales (so do my 9 and 7 yr olds but they'll never admit it, lol)! I was pleasantly surprised that the prayers are organized by subject so they're easy to go to find whenever I need them.

A wonderful book for parents to connect with their children about prayer. The Veggie Tales books and videos are excellent tools for building a Biblical foundation children, which is needed now more than ever in the world in which we live. Better than just relying on electronic devices and social media. I buy these every year to give as gifts. Thank you, veggie tales!

This book has helped my daughter to learn how to pray and what things she wants to pray for each day.

This book is fantastic! It has so many sweet prayers that rhyme, and they are categorized by type of prayer (morning, bedtime, feelings, etc.). My son looks at this book every morning while I get ready for work, and it has held up well despite how rough he is with it!

My son is 5 and he enjoys reading this before bed. It's a great way to teach your child different things to pray for. The book is sectioned by topic and each topic is about 2 pages. Also the board book makes it very durable as my son likes to take his books to bed with him.

Lovely childrens introduction to prayer.

I was given this book as a gift. This time I purchased it to gift to my niece. I love it. Colourful, cute pictures, and poetry about God's love. Wonderful book.
