Does this product come only in extra firm type or is there a soft and medium soft variant available ?

Expensive and It is so firm that it offers no real comfort. Basically a brick. My physical therapist highly recommended that i switch to a newentor pillow. It keeps the neck aligned with the back.I get the best support and sleep on this great brand.

I am 5'8 170lbs, average size. I'm a side sleeper, is the medium or large would be best for me?

I’m roughly the same size and the large is best for me. I think the large pillow is a bit smaller in length and width dimensions than most pillows

I sleep on my side all the time and it works great! If you flip to the other side you might have to adjust the pillow was it is not a big pillow. Love this pillow for traveling.
