The Muscular System: Volumes 1 and 2 (Flash Paks/Volumes 1 and 2)

It's a very nice pack, however what it lacks is a more comprehensive demonstration of the integration of the msk system, including fascia, which I suppose would be challenging with this particular format.I think it assumes the reader will separately have good detail of the anatomy of muscles and fascia and how they physically look and operate together.Certainly very very useful from the perspective of identifying specific names, insertion points etc.. and should be used in conjunction with more thorough illustrated anatomical reference guides too.

These flash cards are very good and complete. They have a lot of information and are very well explained. Excellent for people in the fitness industry or college students. I used them for my Pilates Teacher exam and for my anatomy exam for Nutritional Therapy BS honors.

easy to use 'go to' flash pak. small and concise which is perfect for reference and studying on the go. i would recommend this as a support material

The flash packs are very easy to use\ understand and are small enough to fit into a small bag for on the go revision!
