I was disappointed by this
It seems impossible to get spare keys. I have emailed and phoned the supplier, but they do not respond. I would not buy this again.

Don’t waste your time or your money, this product is not ready for the HomeKit market.
I have had the Danalock v3 HomeKit version since first came on to UK market in 2018. The interface with HomeKit doesn’t work well, many of the claimed features are disabled for security reasons and the firmware has not been updated since first release. The Bluetooth connectivity is poor and unreliable even in our tiny flat and the lock goes offline despite the HomePod hub. The service people at Danalock are prompt and polite, however they can’t solve problems because of the defective HomeKit/Danalock interface and the pathetic Bluetooth implementation. All in all, a waste of money and a waste of your time. Smart locks may be the dream ‘connected home’ gadget, Danalock isn’t one of them.
