LG has problems - great features, bad batteries galore
I am on my third fusic. First one worked great until i killed it with an aftermarket charger (Don't skimp on the charger, not worth it. I have killed 2 phones now with cheap chargers). Was able to get Sprint to send me out a replacement. The battery only lasted a day. I would charge it overnight, come home from work with still a full charge, next morning it would be dead. Should last around 5 days in standby, like my first one. This one also would intermittently go directly to voicemail and i wouldn't get voicemail notices. Went to Sprint store this time and got another replacement. It got worse. Battery only lasted for 7 hours and same intermittent ring problem. Went back to sprint store and tried to get another replacement, but they would only give me a new battery. This seems to have done the trick. I'm back to 5 days of standby. This phone is back to being awesome!!!I love all the features of the phone. Most important to me is the built in FM Transmitter (no other in Sprint has it). I think more battery replacements will be in my future. I would recommend this phone for the features, but not the reliability. Get the warranty.

Fusic is useless
I returned this phone due to multiple issues. First irritation I discovered was that if you don't like the handful of ringtones and other noises that come with the phone you MUST buy new ones from Sprint Vision because there is no way to load your own from your computer or from the SD card to the phone. Sprint Vision costs upwards of $15 a month. Ringtones, songs, applications, games and whatnot are $2.50 upwards and must be renewed every 60 to 90 days so think of just how much it will cost you to really be able to use this phone before you buy it.The FM transmitter works but the sound quality is so so and there will be static if you use it in your car. I found that getting a extension cord to power it in the car and using suction cups to stick it to the window behind the driver seat really helps reception and battery life. This works in my car based on the location of my cars antenna. Adjust this method to best fit your car if you try it. Haven't found a method to get the transmitter to work in my Semi unless I am parked.Micro SD cards come in the 2 gig size. I highly recommend purchasing a 1 or 2 gig card as the included card will only hold about 20 songs if you put nothing else on it. Do note though that a 1 gig card loaded fully with music your music player on the phone will be slow to load but it will load and work provided all the songs are in the music file on the card. Use the phone to format the card before you put anything on it at all and be certain to load your songs into the music folder the phone puts on the card and you'll save yourself a great deal of trouble. My phone developed the problem of only playing 20 seconds of music before stopping and restarting the song. I tried recording the song in at a better quality level and though that version played fine on my stereo via my usual MP3 player the phone had the same glitch playing it.The last straw for my phone was it dropping calls when I was standing still in a high coverage area but only for certain land line numbers. It dropped calls to sprint customer service so often that the only way I had to reach sprint customer service was to call them from a land line phone!I can't recommend this phone. This is an updated review. I'd lower my star count to zero now if I could. The only perk now was that sprint made the return by mail process fairly painless and I now have a phone that works.Hope this was helpful.

A great flip phone with tons of features
I was fortunate enough to be a Sprint Ambassador which gives me the use of a Sprint phone for 6 months for free and in return I just give them feedback. This is not biased review because of that. If I truly hate the phone, I would say so because it makes no difference to me. I read many reviews on Amazon and I know how important that is to me when buying an item.First the phone is sleek and so light. This might be one of the lightest phones I have ever used. The phone doesn't feel too cheap however. I like how you can flip this phone open easily with one hand. Some flip phones are closed so tightly you need two hands. It's a "cool" looking phone. It's not so tiny that you can't find it but it'll easily fit nicely into your pocket. The buttons are nice and big and laid out nicely.I have not put music on my SD card but I have downloaded many songs from the Sprint store. First it's very easy to download songs. Their selection is pretty good and I've been able to find most song I want. My only concern is the cost. It's $2.50 plus tax for a song. A bit pricey I think. But once you have it on the phone it's easy to access. Music sounds great from the speaker and headphones. I like how it has the FM transmitter built in so you can play your music in your car. However, it does not work well for me. No matter what channel I try it has a lot of static. It could be my car antenna (BMW). There are buttons on the outside of the phone to control the music player so you can play music without having to open the phone. I like that feature.Sprint has the EDVO high speed internet which makes downloading super fast. I'm use to T-mobile's EDGE speed, which still feels like dialup. Because of EDVO, you're able to view streaming video and live video. The channels Sprint offers is pretty extensive. Sports, entertainment, and news. I like having the NFL Network Live. Video quality is about what you'd expect from a phone. If you watch video in a quiet room, the speaker is fine. However, any other time you'll need to use the headphones. A great feature is that if you're watching a video and you flip it close, the screen on the outside of the phone will continue to show the video. Nice to have if you don't want to watch the video with the phone flipped open. But the screen is much smaller. The only problem I have is that you have to subscribe to most of these channels. They are between 4-6 bucks per month plus tax. Every month you have to pay. So adding more and more channels just adds up. It's good because if you get tired of a channel you just don't renew it for next month. The bad is if you love bunch of channels, the cost can add up to keep all of them. It would be nice if they had a flat fee you paid for a package of channels you could select. You can now download and watch movies. The selection is small and it costs 3.99-5.99 plus tax which is only good for 7 days. It's a neat feature but the video quality is poor and I cannot imagine watching a 2hr movie on such a small screen. Just not worth the money. There are a bunch of applications you can download for it. It has GPS capabilities which is nice to have. They seems to have something for everyday use. Again, monthly charge for everything. Most other phones let you buy a program for a flat fee and it's good for the life of the phone. I wish Sprint would do that.Lots of games as well. You can download poker and play with other people online. Nice way to pass the time. They seems to have new games all the time. The quality is just like what you'd expect from a cellphone. Can't imagine playing these games for hours but just a short time to kill time. You can pay per month for these or just pay a one time flat fee for the games.Phone quality is good. I haven't had a problem with any phone calls. The sound is good. The speakerphone works well and the other end can hear me pretty well. It has Bluetooth so you can pair a headset with it.Overall a great phone with major style points. If you're looking for a great flip phone from Sprint, I do not think you can go wrong with this one. As for the Sprint service, I enjoy the high speed internet and the features that you can use because of it. I just don't like how you have to pay monthly for every little thing. Because of that I give it four stars.
