No messing around!The cable is very high quality, feels very durable and waterproof. The plug side has a very handy plastic cover which keeps dust and water out. The charging box has LED lights to let you know what's happening.Speed is brilliant and I'm reassured by having a 3 year warranty too.

This is the most reasonably priced example I found, but the quality seems fine and it works perfectly with my Renault Zoe. I can’t vouch for the assertion in the details that it charges 3x faster than others; its a 10A charger so how can it? Anyway in terms of value it’s very good

I thought buying a granny cable would be something I regretted, that I wouldn't use or wouldn't be much good to me. I thought it would take a long time to get any decent level of charge and I thought I was not going to love it. I was wrong.I have charged my Renault Zoe with this a few times now and have to admit to being impressed. The build quality is superb, the feel is superb, the whole product is great.Then you plug it in and together with the Zoe being able to charge at good speeds you can actually use this instead of a home charger! I usually plug it in for 6-8 hours and find that this will give me somewhere between 40-50 % which is more than enough to get into town and use a public charger for a faster charge.I now feel with this cable in the boot that I'll never be stuck anywhere without the ability to get to the next charge.I 100% recommend this charging cable if you're driving a Zoe, or any type two charging EV.

Great unit, when you read how much care and testing the company put in to this you want it to live up to those claims.This unit charges at the full 10a (2.2KW) rate and exceeds many charging calculators based on efficiency, etc.It has so far worked in rain and frost with no issues and does not have any issues using a 15m 10a garden cable (Masterplug).The only thing I'd like is to have the option to switch to 16a (at my own risk) for when I use a commando to 3-pin adapter, but I believe only the EU version will do 16a.

I was looking for something to stop having to lay the connector for my Mitsubishi Phev on the garage floor. This did the job nicely. It it sturdy and comes with some fixings (nut, washers and bolts) but you'll have to use other screws etc, if you want to affix to a plasterboard/wood. Other than that I'm happy with the purchase. 5 stars but for the absence of some screws.

Arrived very quickly, simple to use and easy to install in my garage. Trickle charges our Zoe overnight or less depending on remaining charge. Costs a fraction of the official Renault product hence the 5 star rating. It has the added benefit of portability, you can take it with you and use a standard 3 pin socket anywhere. Highly recommended.

I drive a PHEV, so don't rely on charge and car has a relatively low maximum charging speed. This is nicely made and does the job well

Works as you would expect, less than half the price of a Renault device to do the same job, plug in and walk away, fool proof system, If you need an extension lead usual home leads will not work, 2.5mm industrial lead required (same thickness as charger (wall to unit cable)).
