Finding netting of the right texture, that I can hang that is the right size is challenging. Netting by the yard is expensive. For what I needed, this pretty much does the job. While, ideally, it would be longer for my purposes, I am not using it as designed, so I will take what I can get. It doesn't quite reach the ground on my patch, but it does cover most of my berry brambles. I have been watching to make sure birds are not going up under it to reach the berries (or getting trapped) and so far, so good. I like that it is a nice, soft, flexible and slightly stretchy mesh, which is great for getting it to cover the patch. And for the price, I can't really beat it. Actual garden mesh is terribly overpriced and stiff. This is soft so it doesn't damage the very delicate berry branches and will flex as the berries fill out. The white allows plenty of sun to get through without shading the plants.
