This product does what it says. it pulls your shoulders back. But Im a very small thin person Andy arms start to go numb after wearing it for a while.

Painful
This was to painful to wear. It worked for a very short period of time until I couldn't stand to wear it any more. It was not comfortable enough to wear on a regular basis and I couldn't move my arms properly. I've tried others before and they were much better.
