I take one before bed and am subscribed to this supplement. I think it does help me sleep more soundly and this brand was highly recommended to me by a friend.

I swear by this stuff. I take everynight before bed and I sleep so well, even during pregnancy. I can always tell if I skip a day based off my sleep

I love this Magnesium and my body loves it too. It helps me to relax at night and releases and it helps to relieve muscle soreness.

Good product

I found out I was severely magnesium deficient in the hospital after cancer surgery in recent months and added this into my supplements right away. Amazing changes in my body, internally and externally. If you have trouble swallowing large capsules it may not be for you but I have had several years experience with Seeking Health and great results with their supplements and this one, I have my teenage daughter take as well (and she has trouble with large capsules but trusts the results and has figured out a way to take it). What is great about this is it contains silica, which is important to combine. I am not a doctor so I will not give any advice that goes beyond, it works for my daughter and I and I just ordered my next refill.
