Haven't installed yet
I have done a fair number of shower 'makeovers' so thought I'd pick this up and put it in my dad's mountain house as a thanks for letting me and my daughter is it so muchNow that I have it opened up and ready to go. I am thinking of putting it in at my own house instead.Until I decide, it will remain in the box.I did however, take it all out and review how it would work. The instructions are not worth reading except to make sure you have all of the parts ( I do!)There are lots of l videos online for how to replace a shower head. This is effectively the same thing. You remove the old shower head and the mid-section anchor for this thing connects there. You can leave your existing temp control /on off in place. The 'wand' can basically be plugged into the bottom of that anchor or hung from the included wall mount holder. The pole that goes thru the anchor either allows water to flow in two directions - both out of the head and wand, only the head or only the wand. The anchor is also the diverter. It is pretty clever and seems like a very simple way to make a spa-like feel with minimal effort or cost.

Pain to install
The quality is fine but this thing was a real pain to install. After installing it works as expected. The quality is fine. *Thank you for reading my review. Everything is made of plastic
I was so looking forward to this product but when I opened it and found out that the entire product is plastic (except the hose connector) I was disappointed beyond belief. Since I'm the first review, I can tell you that it's not worth more than $45.00 so don't bother ordering it.

Misleading Description - PRIMARILY PLASTIC
I was really looking forward to this shower set. Based on the description ofDURABLE MATERIAL - 304 stainless steel with brushed finish, light weight and rust resistantand the price point, I assumed it was all stainless steel with a brushed finish. Upon opening the box I was disappointed to discover it is in fact nearly all plastic. The listing really should be updated to reflect this fact so buyers know what they will receive.I went ahead and installed this set in a guest bathroom and it works adequately well.Installation was relatively easy if you’ve done this type of thing previously. The instructions are absolutely horrendous. If you’ve never installed this type of thing pull up a video as the instructions are unlikely to be of much help. While this set works adequately well, personally I feel it looks cheap. I would not pay the listed price for this product and would not recommend this set as there are others at this price point actually made from stainless steel.

Easy install, almost all plastic, questionable reliability...
The ASPA "magical" shower head isn't so magical. Almost everything is a chrome covered plastic except for the wall plumbing connectors. It's a pretty straight forward install, I did it myself in about 45 minutes. You'll just need some tools and plumbers tape or putty. I see on the product description that you are supposed to be able to use both the wand and the shower head at the same time. If that's the case I cannot figure it out. For my unit it's either/or - once you remove the wand that supplies the water from the "diverter" the shower head is no longer connected. Not a big deal, just might be useful sometime in the future. The water pressure was significantly reduced with this system, so I removed the water reducers/saver from the suplly and it returned to normal.Overall the product looks really nice and adds some class to a standard shower. Just not sure that it's worth the current price of $140 - expected it to be in the $100 or less range.

Beautiful shower head
This showerhead is beautiful and well made. Most of the components are metal so it should last a long time. I love the magnetic feature on the spray bar and the flexibility of having both hand held and overhead shower. The only issue I had in installing it was the arm attaching into the existing plumbing. My previous shower used an elbow and this more modern showerhead is straight. This means I needed to remove the elbow to replace with the straight. For that job, I hired a plumber so I wouldn't break the existing pipes in the wall. If your plumbing is not 50 years old like mine, you can probably do this on your own. Mine, however was built up with hard water deposits. I also found the instructions to be a little difficult to follow vs. previous shower heads I've installed. Overall though, It looks and functions great.

Difficult to install
This was difficult to install because the directions were very unclear, however- the shower itself looks fantastic and works great. The wand slides into the bottom of the spout to activate the rain shower head and it feels so relaxing
