Even after receiving the correct product, I was still disappointed.Firstly, it won’t fit properly in a Spec 16 without removing the filter guards, as the clips that hold them in place block the media tray from sliding in. This would allow smaller fish and shrimp to get trapped in the filter.Second, this product was clearly not designed with proper filtration in mind. The proper order for filtration should always be mechanical, biological, then chemical. I got this thinking it would be easier to utilize sponges cut to size, but the shelf placement is not optimized for this there should be two removable shelves above and below the slits in the sides so the middle can be filled with floss or biological media.Finally, I would not recommend buying this product. It’s overpriced and needlessly over complicated with little to no benefit. Just cut a piece of filter floss to size and put that in the first chamber. This will leave more space to utilize other equipment such as an air stone or heater. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Let down *by D***K on Reviewed in the United States πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ on January 15, 2021* This was not plug and play for my Fluval Evo 13.5. The cut out was not in line with the plastic ridge in chamber 1. I had to use an oscillating tool to widen the cut out so the unit would go into chamber 1.
