The product seems to work well. It really curbs appetite .I stopped taking for a week dueto the fact that I was taking allergy medicine, our body tends to hold a lot of water weightwhen taking that type of medication. Just started again this week, thus far it seems to work well.I haven't been on the scales yet.

It does suppress my appetite but unfortunately I have gained 4 pounds in three weeks. Felt irregular...took myself off and have returned to my normal patterns. I did notice appetite suppression, however the best source of weight loss is diet and exercise. Which I will pick up the pace on that now to lose those extra pounds I gained! It was worth a try, but diet pills are nothing like it use to be 15 years ago.

Gave me and my adult daughter headache, nausea and diarrhea. I also actually gained weight ALTHOUGH I modified my diet.

I received my supplements about a week ago, and so far so good. I'm currently using the Garcinia coupled with a new clean diet to see if I can drop some of the winter (and spring) weight. It may just be anecdotal right now, but I certainly feel better, have a bit more energy, and have lost a couple pounds this week.What I also like about this product is they give you a larger supply than some other manufacturers. There's nothing more annoying then when you run out of whatever supplement you're taking, 3 weeks after you've ordered it.
