Disappointed
Not to happy with my tree If I’m honest. It’s such a shame. It’s almost like two separate trees looks very disjointed and all the branches came loose so they flip down.When I sent photos of the tree to the customer service were quite unhelpful and abrupt they told me they fail to see anything wrong with it and just need to “fluff it” to make it look full. I paid £115 so very unhappy I hate to complain but it’s sucj a big part of Christmas and the first time we have had an artificial tree 😢
