Would 100% buy again. Screen is beautiful. Very happy.So easy to install compared to the first kit I mistakenly bought without the metal panel inside. This kit came with the camera and metal panel already screwed together that other kits do not. It was SO much easier than separating the camera and top connector board bits, especially with my screen the camera sits in literally crumbling apart.The only reason I gave this kit a 4/5 stars is the touch ID isn't working. I took apart my iPhone thinking it was a 6s but it was actually a 6 (big difference on a panel inside- it was a rough week). It could certainly have been from me taking the phone apart twice already but everything worked fine while I had it put back together and the screen taped while waiting for this proper screen to come in. If I could I'd do 4.5 stars for that since it could be my fault but I can't.Honestly, I work with my hands and the touch ID hardly works with my scuffed hands normally so could care less.

My wife broke her screen on the iPhone 6. Instead of paying the close to $100 at some places locally we decided to tackle it ourselves. We figured if we screwed it up we would upgrade her phone. If successful she would go another year or more with this one. Following the instruction on ifixit.com we replaced the screen with this one. The touch screen is as good as the original and the brightness is just as good. This screen had everything except the home button as part of the kit. Some screens require you to swap the facetime camera. If she breaks it again then we will order this one.

Have to admit I was nervous about replacing the screen on my son's phone. While the presale literature included instructions or comments which seemed simple, the kit came with no instructions. I easily found videos on Youtube (R) and was able to follow the instructions. Phone looks and operates like brand new. Only had to move the home button and reconnect cables. Screws are VERY tiny so you will need a steady hand. :) However, I believe the screw driver was magnetized making even this task pretty easy. Would definitely purchase this again if needed.

This screen was very easy to install and it took less time then I was expecting. If you are looking to save a few bucks over Apple or one of those mall repair shops, then this is exactly what you need.I was on the fence about purchasing because some of the reviews mentioned a difference from the original in one way or another -- But I couldn't notice any difference. This screen looks and works great.The one thing I'll say about the kit is that the screwdriver included was not precise enough to easily take out (and put back) the tiny screws required for this install. No problem for me because I have nice screwdrivers that I used instead. But, if you have no tools and are expecting to use this as a kit, then that might be a problem for you.

I was using my iPhone for about a week and a half then one day I take my phone out of my pocket turn it on and the phone goes on but screen stays black. I put on a different screen to make sure it wasn’t my phone, so I was right and the screen is broken now, never dropped just on its own!

at first i thought i did something wrong during the installation process even though i was very careful and followed the instruction carefully. it did not work and i thought i fried my phone. i re-installed the old cracked display that i was trying to replace and it worked just like before (still cracked obviously). this replacement display/digitizer was simply bad. i could not return it because my return window had already passed. i should have returned it right away but i thought it was my error and not this replacement display

This is a most excellent item. It looks identical to the original and the screen image quality is top notch. I dropped my phone and broke the screen. Local repair store wants $150+ to replace the screen so I looked into an alternative to this situation. I decided on this screen because it has the ear speaker, and rear camera lens that comes attached. I watched a couple YouTube flicks to get familiar with the inner components. The hardest part is removing the Home Button from the old screen. It took me 25 minutes being very careful with assembly and reassembling. Be CAREFUL and don't FORCE anything. It works great and looks like the original screen. The touch, color and brightness seems unchanged. Just what I wanted.

Description is accurate about the pre-assembled camera and ear piece. It removed a lot of hassles in screen replacement.I would give 5 *.
