Very good!
Surprisingly effective! I not only felt sleepy 30 minutes after taking it but slept more soundly and fell asleep easily after waking up to pee in the early morning ours. Don't know what is in the two pills besides magnesium but it is effective. I have taken melatonin before with little or no effect.
