Great exercise bands, took a long time to arrive
This is a set of exercise bands with a number of different strengths. The quality is very good. They also come with a handy bag to carry them in when we go to the gym or travel. My only complaint was that it took a month for them to arrive.

! Correction The short bands were fine it was the long 6-ft bands that were too short
Too short be sure you check the length of the bands you order these were a pack of three and much shorter than the standard ones.

Exactly what I needed
You get five bands (which are circular) that are xlight, light, medium, heavy, and xheavy with a nice pouch to keep them together. Very pleased with this purchase.
