I really liked my little pen. I found it easy to load as I just dunked a straw into my cinnamon jar and easily transferred into the designated slot. The problem is, it stopped spraying the powder. I’ve replaced batteries and refilled but still nothing. I attempted to return but I needed to do it in the originalPackaging- which of course I do not still have. So $11 bucks in the trash. So sad

I was very excited to receive this latte art pen as i work for a coffee company and create videos/pictures for social media. Very disappointed that then pen does not work AT ALL. Save your money, do not buy.

It seems a good idea just that spraying is not consistent. I used powdered cocoa to print and problem is that pen sometimes throws a lot of powder and sometimes none at all so it becomes impossible to control writing.

Did not work. There is no clear tray as described in directions. I followed directions but nothing came out. This is one of those items that you try and toss.

I want to try this out, but I feel like it's missing a part. The instructions say there is a "transparent drawer" but there is no transparent drawer. So I'm nervous that using it without the drawer might damage the mechanism by packing ground spices into the crevices.We decided to return it.

I got this for a gift because it looked fun. The concept is great. It didn't work though. We tried a few different spices and instant cocoa.

Received pen with batteries, but batteries were dead. Spent money on new batteries but the pen did not function as claimed. I could not get it to write or draw anything using cinnamon as they suggest. Gave up.
