A1 Best One Instant Curry Sauce (Rendang/Added Spice Flavor)

I lived in Southall, UK for 6 years. It was known as "Little India"- this sauce is as good as anything I had there!

This is the Best curry sauce so far I had tasted. I like curry food, the reason why that curry is very very healthy food. This brand name is just up to their name A-1 THE BEST ONE and so taste good that arouses your appetite to swallow down all the dishes clean. I would come back to buy more when I finish my package.

I get this locally for $4 a package, so the Amazon price is higher, but not by much. This really is a delicious and easy to prepare sauce. Rendang is supposed to be eaten as a "dry curry" meaning it is cooked until most of the liquid evaporates and what remains is more like a paste that clings to the meat. But I find it is just as delicious as a thinner, more liquid curry. You can prepare it with pretty much any type of meat, seafood or vegetable and it will be fantastic. Sprinkle some cilantro and serve over basmati and it's to die for. Not too spicy, and quite layered and complex in flavor. Glad I found this here -- I will buy it once my store-purchased supply dwindles.
