Decent pole holder but questionable durability
The pole holders seem to be decent quality but overall it doesnt seem as durable as it looks. Its also a pain to screw it open and close to use and storage. I would definetly recommend you purchase the easier using pole holders as those seem better built and saves you a lot of time.

Barely Adequate
Most of these reviews are fakes orchestrated by the Chicom manufacturer. If you have a little ultralight crappie rod or a Barbie rod then yes, these will work. But they are not deep enough for any serious catfish or carp gear. I would give the product three stars and the exaggerated, fake reviews none. Some people have no integrity.

Defective item
The item I ordered is a metal fishing pole holder. I have 2 from another vender that works fine. I ordered 2 more from Chuanyue and had to return it because one of the pole holders is missing the thread to screw in the spike. I wouldn't be able to use it without being able to screw in the spike.

Great for small fish
Excellent pole holder for small fish. This is the best pole holder I have seen for trout fishing on ponds and small lakes.
