The hand grips hurt
I use a TRX suspension system often at my local gym.. I ordered these hoping to save some money.. they function fine but the grips are like tread, not smooth. They hurt my hands horribly. I just ordered some gloves to try to use with them, but if you’re looking to save money, this isn’t the way to go.

Definitely worth the buy
"I love this resistance trainer! As active duty duty military fitness is an important part of my life but with long work hours and family/personal life it's hard to make gym hours. The convenient storage bag and design of the resistance trainer make it easy to take anywhere and get a good workout in. The quality of the equipment is very good and worth the price.I got these to do some inverted rows a door. The construction is very durable and could hold my weight no problem. I am about 190 lbs. I was looking most for strength of bands and these bands are very thick and looks like like it can handle a lot of weight - the rating says can hold up to 1000 lbs. I chose this product because of its strength and price. So far, the product works well."

Very sturdy, but not the most comfortable.
Very sturdy construction. I weight 215 lbs and feel very comfortable doing toes to bars with these straps. The only downside is the pads for the arms are textured so it ia not as comfortable as it could be. That being said, if it wasnt textured i wonder if my arms would slip out more easily?!? All in all i am very pleased.

Terrific buy, just as good as the name brand!
I love these bodyweight straps! I use the TRX brand at the gym and wanted a set to use when I'm traveling. These are every bit as good as the name brand at just a fraction of the cost. TRX is only sold in expensive sets and I only wanted the straps so these were perfect for me. There are so many challenging exercises that can be performed with these. Would be nice if the extender could be adjusted, but for the price, I just tie a knot to adjust the length. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

Several ways to use this for a full body workout
Very good product. Arrived on time, as promised. This is a complete full body workout product. Its easy to carry on my travels and I can easily fix this anywhere and start using. The manual provided is quite helpful in creating variations. A good way to challenge the body.

Well built and very comfortable
These are very sturdily built and I am very happy with purchase. They also have the perfect amount of padding and help you to stay comfortable while doing hanging ab workouts. Wish I could order another pair and disappointed they are no longer available.

Body weight suspensions straps
Surprised with the Super easy to assembly. Straps are a great quality and strong. The length are easy to adjust for different workouts.

I am still trying to pick the best place to mount and use the system. Its to cold in the porch and garage, so I use it in the spare room. Hope to find a warm permanent location.
