I was really excited about the features this camera had to offer. It took me few weeks after it was delivered to install the camera. I was extremely disappointed that from the very beginning "Card error" message showed up. SD card was formatted, tried few different SD cards but kept receiving the same message. The customer support department offered help to troubleshoot asking for the picture with error message. I personally think it's ridiculous to buy a product for $185 and work on troubleshooting from the day 1. I returned the camera.

The motion detection radar is not sensitive enough and only starts the camera when someone enters the vehicle. It also cannot recognize a 128GB Kingston Canvas Go! micro-SD card whether it is formatted to exFAT or FAT32.
