It is perfect for Halloween, carnivals, Kids party, festivals, shopping mall opening ceremonies, etc. We have more fun fancy dress costumes, please find them from store Tricandide.

RUNS SMALL!
I am not sure how to rate this as it was so small my daughter could not wear it at all. She is only eleven and the smallest in her grade so I was very surprised that it did not fit.
