These taste amazing
This mix is incredible and can make many different things! My favorite is to make pancakes in the mornings. They are super easy to make. I use milk instead of water and they come out even better if you want a bit creamier pancake. Also great for waffles and can even make muffins or banana bread with the mix! By far the best mix I've used. I would never have guessed that they are gluten free too.

Buttermilk and Lemon Blueberry are delicious!
I highly recommend the Buttermilk and Lemon Blueberry mixes. They're very easy to make (I only make pancakes because I have no waffle maker). I usually mix it with water but I've tried milk as well and can't taste much of a difference. Make sure you don't add too much water (just what is recommended on each package) or the mix will be runny and you'll get thin pancakes. I find one serving usually makes 3 medium size pancakes which is just enough to fill me up for breakfast. If I want larger pancakes I add a little more mix and just a splash more water. I've tried the chocolate mix and it's okay but the Buttermilk and Lemon Blueberry flavors are still my favorite. I will definitely buy them again!

Low carb pancakes
Great product. Allows me to have my pancakes but not the carbs associated with traditional pancakes. Super happy to have found such a product.

Very delicious high protein mix!
I have only had the lemon blueberry flavor, but I love it! I have tried many high protein pancake mixes and this is definitely one of my favorites. Great nutritional value and awesome taste. I use Walden farms 0 calorie syrup with it and love it.

Great Product for Serious Healthy Eaters!
I use the Buttermilk mix to make protein banana a bread and it is FANTASTIC. You can find the recipe on the Wakeup Waffles website. A slice of the banana bread has the same protein as a chicken breast or a giant portion of egg whites and is still low-fat, low sugar and low carb. I highly recommend.

Do not follow the instructions... Add an Egg, Cream cheese and Milk or ull end with an awful fake pancake...
Im new with Keto. Leaving carbs is not easy, so i got this waffle/pancake mix to keep me on track while enjoying a sort of substitute.. lets be honest this keto/paleo pancakes do not taste to what we are used to.. but here we are... first time i follow the instructions in the label and it was AWFUL, like eating cardboard pancakes... ok next time i added some cream cheese and used milk instead of water, better but still not good... third time, used cream cheese, milk and and an egg and walla!! a sort of acceptable pancake... had u tried whole wheat pancakes? well the result was sort of like it, kind of dry and absorbs lots of the Lakanto maple syrup... overall with all this changes i could keep having this pancakes for a while although lets not fool our selves it is not like a normal pancake :( ... unfortunately the bag is small and for each 1/2 cup u get 3 small pancakes, enough for 1 person... so it is good for 5 servings of 3 pancakes for 12 dls.

Waste your money on something else.
If I could give this zero stars, I would. You’d be better off just throwing $12 in the trash because that’s where this ended up. I made these for my husband. Following package directions, the mix was very thick and dry/gritty. My husband said it tastes like a popular brand, freezer-burnt toaster waffle, and, though he tried, he just could not eat it.
