Just started therapy. The only problem is an empty stomach. One hour before you eat or 3 hours after causes some issues, but I read about one man who wakes at midnight to take his. If you get up to go to the bathroom or let the dog out, there is your window of opportunity. If you want to make it work, you will find a way.The large bottles were exceptionally well wrapped. Tripled wrapped and sealed, I believe. I'm impressed. However, one of the small bottles leaked all over and even ruined the information sheet that came with it. Still not a deal breaker and I will again purchase from this company who I also checked out via the internet making sure this product wasn't made by a 24 year old still living in his mother's basement.I also purchased THE ONE MINUTE CURE separately, (i didn't look to see if it came with this package), because I will warn you, without using names or titles, that another popular book is filled with grammatical errors, misspellings, and illegible font. Not exactly a confidence builder when purchasing for your health especially in my case which doesn't need one more thing to go wrong.I am very anxious to take my next dose. Remember the book refers to 35% peroxide which Amazon started making sellers dilute to 12% (shame on you, amazon!), so you need to use 3 drops to equal each drop you are suppose to take. I.E. intended dose 3 drops....you will need 9.I think a good solution for when the book suggests 25 drops (triple that because of the 12%), which will equal 75, I will count the drops into a measuring spoon and write it down to not forget otherwise you will be at the kitchen counter all day counting drops. Also you don't want to loose count and make an error. If an error is made, go with the smallest error number for safety.

I hope I was supposed to get one pint and one dropper because that’s all I got! I thought I’d ordered two but I only received one and now I look at the picture and I’m like wow they got me!

I bought this to use for an external skin care, lightening and drying some rough spots. Also to take internally as the One Minute Solution book advises to increase the oxygen in my blood. Good to use for all hydrogen peroxide therapies. I pour it into the dropper bottles that come with it and dispense it from there. Excellent
