I wan't too impressed with the look or design of this product. I was surprised by the box it came in; it had to be the thickness of a hard-cover book. Naturally it won't stay this way once you fill it up, but as presentation goes, it wasn't a nice surprise. Pockets galore, that it does have. If you are an organized person then you'll find lots of places to neatly store your school or office belongings.The inside of the leather material feels much like cardboard, I would be very nervous to be caught in the rain with it. It doesn't smell like leather, that rich, smooth smell of a fine product that is so familiar. The vintage look is unmistakable. It already looks nice and warn, like something Indiana Jones would carry. It looks big enough to carry a good-sized laptop, so surely it can fit the iPad Pro, the Mini, and everything in between.The buckles add to the vintage feel, but I wish they were "fake" buckles that actually had magnets on them for easy in and out. I would say it would make a nice gift, but I would stuff it with newspaper to kind of billow it out before gifting.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  Real leather smell- check. Chic style and carry strap- check. Easy open - hold your horses! This has two buckles on the front... and they are real buckles. Every time you want to get into the bag and you have secured it closed, you have buckle and unbuckle. Not a big deal with broken-in leather, but these are sturdy, unbroken-in straps that you have to fidget with for a while. If you have time to condition the bag leather you might be more satisfied, but I found it annoying and time consuming. To the point I’m not using the bag unless I know I need to take my laptop or papers and won’t be opening the bag anytime soon. It’s more secure when travelling and transporting for sure. If it was a softer leather I would give it five stars- but because the overall hardness crated a bulky, briefcase feeling vs comfortable bag, it’s just not something I’d recommend unless that’s your preference. You also have to like green.. line army green because that’s the inside canvas material they used for the bag.

Love the ample size, and the multiple storage compartments. It's lined, so you won't get fuzzy suede shedding over your belongings.There are three interior sections (the center one could fit a couple of thick textbooks), plus two zippered compartments, plus two "sleeves" beneath the flap (for phones, pens, small journals).Stitching seems durable.The zippers on the two interior sections were mis-aligned when I received it, but quickly aligned back up and have been fine ever since.Leather is thick - feels more like cowhide than goatskin. Would stand up to a lot of use.And it's so Harry Potter-y; this is a bag Hermione Granger would have. :)

I really did not like this bag. Leather straps are thin and have a cardboard feel. Hardware looks like plastic but is made of some sort of metal. Leather bag itself appears to be made from a low grade stiff leather and just looks like a low quality item. Doesn't look, feel or smell like leather. Since I received this for free, I do not know the retail cost. If it's a $20 bag, it may be a good value for someone. Anything more I'd say but a faux leather bag instead if a quality leather bag is out of your price range. Came in a plastic bag with no labels or tags of any sort. I'm guessing it's made in china. The bag does have a nice layout with two large outside pockets and a roomy interior.

This is a gorgeous bag! It looks very classy, and works style-wise for both men and women. It's big enough to comfortably fit laptops, planners and whatever else you need to carry without being bulky. The leather is durable and sturdy without being unreasonably heavy. It's ideal in almost every respect except for the buckles. I wish there was a quick-release option! That said, I know that will get easier over time as the case continues to break in and as I get more used to doing it. I absolutely recommend this and wish I'd found it several years ago when my mom was looking for something exactly like this!

This may be made of goat, but it definitely is not GOAT. Based on the photos this item deemed to impress. But when it arrived I was shocked to find a very cheap and flimsy leather product. Made with "Genuine Leather" (the cheapest grade of leather) this is like every cheaply made bad wallet you've ever owned.The leather is stiff and smells of some odd chemical. The inside, though brightly colored (a nice touch to be able to find things; more bag companies should do this), it is made of a stiff canvas, Not soft or supple, just hard and scratchy.The entire thing feels like a leather coated cheap cardboard. Not very nice at all.

This leather bag has a wonderful classic look to it, and I really enjoy using it to and from work each day. The leather is a beautiful color and has plenty of room for all the essentials that I need to carry with me. My one complaint is that the leather feels a bit brittle, rather than the supple tone you really want from a leather bag like this. I can definitely recommend it for use as a basic satchel though.

This is a great looking bag. Its real leather, well made and designed. It places looks over function. Compared to a normal laptop bag, this one is decidedly old world. The leather one simply won’t provide the ease function or the level of protection of a well designed, non leather bag. That said, this one is uber chic compared to your typical laptop bag. The buckles really are a pain to deal with. Just depends on your priorities.
