Nice and easy to use!!!
I have both Trezor and Ledger Nano S, this time I bought a Temexe X. But I really prefer the Temexe X over the others.First of all, the OurToken app is much easier to use than the others, also, there is no need to install any app onto the hardware wallet itself, it just works with the BTC and ETH when you get your Temexe X out of the box. You can manage your digital assets through Bluetooth by connecting with the OurToken app, besides, you must have your private keys on the device. Which means it is a very safe and unbreakable hardware wallet you can have. As well as it is no need to upgrade the firmware on the Temexe X. I just need to upgrade the app for the feature functions. Overall I find myself using the Temexe X a lot more than the other two devices and would absolutely go with Temexe X if I need more hardware wallets.

Stopped working
This wallet is relatively easy to use once you read the manual. However, the up and down arrow is useless. It’s just there with zero purpose. I bought this wallet two months ago and it stopped working. I emailed the main company to asked how to recover my crypto, but no one reply. This is frustrating and very upsetting.

Nicely made but lacks documentation
Just received my Temexe wallet, it's very nice looking and feels very sturdy in the hand. I also have Nano and Trezor, if I rank the build quality I'd say Temexe>Trezor>Ledger. The buttons and the clicks feel well made as well, while some other products feel quite flimsy. What I'm really struggling with is the manual/software here. Normally when I receive a piece of hardware I'd check to see if it has the latest firmware. After clicking a few buttons, the wallet displays a circle with an arrow and the text 'OTA' underneath, and will not respond any more. There's no instructions to tell me what OTA means, how to restart the device or turn off the bluetooth signal. Does that mean the wallet's bluetooth is forever on (until battery runs out)? Now my iphone can still connect to the wallet, but as soon as I click 'Equipment Upgrade', the app would crash. Meanwhile the display on the wallet still shows the OTA and circle/arrow. Someone please help me here. Also in the Apps I only see BTC and ETH wallets but the box also says LTC support, where can I install LTC wallet? Thanks!_____________________________________________________________________________________________________Update:Thank you for the speedy response. Really appreciate that. This morning the battery exhausted, when I plugged it in it's no longer in OTA mode. I tested it again using an iphone and an Android phone. The iphone App worked well, performed all tasks, no freeze. It also reported that the firmware is the latest, so when I click on OTA it simply told me there's no need to update. The Android App however would be in the 'wait' mode forever after pairing, and never reponded afterward. I'll do some more test when I have time. But it feels like the Android App isn't as stable as iphone App yet. One curious thing is that last night the wallet showed up as Huntersun on both iphones, this morning it's showing as Temexe on both phones. I wonder what had happened last night when the device froze in the OTA mode.A couple of thoughts,#The Android App could be more stable.#The device could use a cold on/off switch. It could be just the combination of two keys pressed simultaneously for a few sec, so that I don't have to wait for the battery to exhaust again if it doesn't respond.Again than you Calvin for your quick response, for the customer services I've updated the overall rating to 4 stars.

Safety.
This is useful and safety to guard my bitcoin. I was bought so many this kind of things. But some is really expensive than this one. For sure, they have same function and some levels for safety, but this one is worth for it price. I test it with my friend who is a wonderful hacker. He can not to break it.

Could be great with good documentation
I wanted this device to work. I spent two days reading the sketchy instructions. Neither the online site or the included instructions provided a clear set up. I have to trust a device to store my crypto currency. The device behavior was not copasetic with the instructions. Looks like instructions were made up by someone who already knows how to use the device. Device seemed well made and could be great at this price, but must be able to trust.

Yes, but Bluetooth accessibility means that this isn't a cold wallet
By definition, a cold wallet must not have any access to the outside world and Bluetooth does represent a vulnerability for this product. Even the versions of Trezor/Keepkey with a USB serial connection introduces a point of failure for security. Introducing Bluetooth means that you'd now need to worry about that guy in his car 100 feet outside of your home as well. It's not the same at all if you think about it.Okay, so the Bluetooth communication is encrypted. That's fine but there is a point in the phone app where it's then decrypted and it's not like mobile devices haven't been the subject of hacking. There are thousands of bad apps out there which could in theory read the memory space of this app and be a voyeur to the sensitive data in real time. I can't imagine trusting cryptocurrency to an Android device since it's impossible to really control what backdoor services were added by the phone's manufacturer or how about that unrestricted government-controlled emergency broadcast app that can't be removed? I'm sorry, but no way.

safety, easy to learn, carry and high quality
In fact, i love this product so much.I open the box, i find a little booklet inside, there have several language to explain how to set up this hardware wallet, how to use it, what kind of type virtual currency can be fit in this wallet, and what kind of things we need to pay attention. In the end, this is a small, easy to use, easy follow up on, It's good enough. I hope i will have deal with you again.

Scam or bug?
At this point, I am worried. I transferred bitcoin in easy, no problem. However, when I transferred bitcoin out, I noticed that it said 0btc in the app. I thought that was weird.. Then I went to look at my bitcoin address and I noticed that the bitcoin went to a different address then I sent it to. I did it again to see if it was just a bug, nope. Both transactions show up in the app as 0btc but actually go to a different address (though the app says the correct address). This could be a bad bug in the app, if so that sucks. But right now, I am watching this address and I bet it sweeps it later.. I am afraid this is a scam
