I absolutely love this product and he performance is way better then I had expected but my charger I can not get to stick to anything. Every one els does not seem to have a issue so I don't know of it's just a issue with the one I received but after trying various things and even buying a suction plate I installed in my car I am still having issues with it staying in place. have resorted to getting it to stand in my cup holder. Everything els about it is perfect and you may have better luck then myself.Update. The company responded promptly to my comment. After a short corispodince they sent me a brand new mount and after 3 days it has not had a problem and seems I had just received a defective mount. The company was quick to communicate and resolved the issue promptly.

When I got my iPhone X, I wanted a better solution for charging. Tomis wireless charger works exactly as described. It charges really fast and fits perfect into the air vent. The suction cup adheres very well on the dashboard and holds the phone very steady. It Is also working on my girlfriend Samsung S8

This is my second Tomis Wireless Car Charger Mount, Qi Car Charger & Holder w/ Automatic Clamping. It was received on time. It functioned as described. Suction mount is strong and no hassle setup. I connected the Tomis Wireless Car Charger Mount, Qi Car Charger & Holder w/ Automatic Clamping to my fast charge 12 volt vehicle power, brought my S9 plus to the sensor on the front, the arms opened, I placed my phone between the arms and rested the bottom of my phone on the brackets. The charger arms closed holding my S9 plus securely. It is a close fit, one might want to find a replacement for the rubber grips for something slimmer. I touched the metal sensor button on the lower left hand side and the arms released and I retrieved my S9 plus effortlessly. Had an issue with the Sensor, contacted Tomis7 Inc customer service, on a weekend, and received EXCELLENT email service throughout the weekend. By Monday morning my issue was resolved. Tomis7 Inc customer service is polite and understanding. Best customer service I have had by email contact only, especially over a weekend , no hassles! I will purchase from them again for any future needs! Highly recommend.

This is a great charger and holds securely on the dashboard of my Honda Odyssey. Charging is great and works well with my iPhone XS with Speck case on. The only reason I took off one star is that the sensor mechanism for opening the prongs to set your phone or remove it is not perfect, and occasionally the sensor does not respond to be able to place or remove your phone. This problem is easily remedied when trying again a time or two - minor nuisance. I would definitely buy it again!

I see some people having problems installing the charger. I want to say it is very easy to install and configure if you read the instructions carefully. There are also some videos related that helps. Took me 2 min to put it in place . I am satisfied with the purchase. As a truck driver, this car charger mount makes my travel safe and convenient.
