Review: Happy with purchase - Overall very good bike, stable and well presented. My son loves it and has been enjoying riding it since it arrived. Assembly was fairly straightforward and the bike feels solid and safe once put together. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that one of the rubber handlebar end covers has already split/snapped slightly after around 2 weeks of normal use. It’s only a small rubber part, but worth improving. Also, I couldn’t easily find the bike’s weight anywhere in the description. The bike is quite heavy, so I think this information should be made clearer for customers before purchasing. Other than that, very happy overall and good value for money.

I had to wait far too long for responses while dealing with a serious safety issue. When you buy a bike, you expect the brakes to actually work and the seller to respond quickly when they don’t. Complete waste of time and money. Very disappointing and definitely not something I would recommend.

Overall very good bike, stable and well presented. My son loves it and has been enjoying riding it since it arrived. Assembly was fairly straightforward and the bike feels solid and safe once put together. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that one of the rubber handlebar end covers has already split/snapped slightly after around 2 weeks of normal use. It’s only a small rubber part, but worth improving. Also, I couldn’t easily find the bike’s weight anywhere in the description. The bike is quite heavy, so I think this information should be made clearer for customers before purchasing. Other than that, very happy overall and good value for money.

It has the exact same issue, so the replacement was completely pointless. On top of that, the reply time from the seller is horrible. I had to wait far too long for responses while dealing with a serious safety issue. When you buy a bike, you expect the brakes to actually work and the seller to respond quickly when they don’t. Complete waste of time and money. Very disappointing and definitely not something I would recommend.

Really good starter full suspension bike my 14 year old loves it and we go trail riding. Plenty of options for upgrades as the components are off the shelf parts this also makes it easier to customise the bike so it is easier to identify
