I like it dense.
Woo. I didn't know aerated chocolate was a thing. I just like trying chocolate from around the world.The first thing you notice is how light in weight this chocolate is. It's a pretty hefty size, so you'd expect it to be heavier, but it's not. The taste is really light too. It's just like "aerated" sounds. It tastes not dense, like there are air bubbles throughout. It makes the chocolate less chocolatety to my taste. I don't like it. Totally subjective. You may feel differently. Give me the dense stuff.
