Organic Reishi Mushroom Extract (500mg Per Serving) (Vegetarian Capsules) (3 Bottles)

I've been taking reishi for about 1 1/2 months now. According to "Lymphedema & Lipedema Nutrition Guide" by Ehrlich, Iker, Herbst, et al, reishi reduces fat cell growth and fat cell storage, which is wonderful for sufferers of lymphedema but especially so for those of us that live with lipedema. In the short time I've been taking reishi, I have noticed a definite shrinkage in the pockets of lipedema on my hips and thighs, but also an all over reduction. Looks like I'll be using it for quite a while! Update: 3 months into using reishi as well as other supplements and I am getting reduction of my lymphedema areas almost as I watch. Something else to consider: one of my caregivers has started taking reishi to lower her blood sugar and blood pressure...she is dropping numbers on both. Her hubs also has diabetes, she gave him a bottle to take as he works out of state...he called to say get another bottle, his blood sugar levels are dropping and he has so much energy! Who knew a simple mushroom would give these results?!

I was using host defense brand thinking it was working to be expected. Then I tried a really expensive brand (can't remember name). Lastly I tried this one. I started taking reshi for acne. I discovered that I didn't get sick as much or stay sick as long. This brand has been the best for my acne. I take one in the morning because it's too strong and two at night before bed.

I use daily to boost my immune system. I don't drink coffee everyday but whatever I do drink I make sure to make it a little medicinal, so I drop 2 capsules of reishi in it a long with some other medicinal stuff...

Bought this for my mom. She started a couple months ago with it, and her hair used to fall out a lot. After one bottle, her hair no longer started falling out and she feels much better and healthier than before.

I've used a lot of supplements over the years. I find the quality and benefit from this product to be very good. Reishi does have a effect on ones happiness and spiritual attitude. Enjoy!

I love this product. Reishi Mushroom is amazing! It helps my mom to sleep, my mother-in-law's skin condition to dissipate and my wife and my mental clarity and energy to increase dramatically.

I've taken various forms of Reishi over the last several years for its immune boosting properties. It's always been outstanding. I like the pill form over a liquid as the taste of the liquids is pretty awful. Reishi helps me from getting sick and improves my energy level. Love this.
