I bought this recorder back in July of 2016 and used it one time for a meeting. It worked great and you could hear everyone clearly in the recording. I placed it back in the box for use later. However, when I needed it in August it wouldn't power on when I took it out of the box. I plugged it up to the charger and left it overnight. The next day it still wouldn't power on and it wasn't recognized by the computer. I contacted the email address listed in the question section for this device and got a response quickly. (I was already past the return time for Amazon). Honestly I didn't expect a response but they simply asked a few questions and just like that a new one was shipped to me. I just received the replacement and it works great. The change I'm going to make with this one is make sure to plug it in and charge it every few weeks just to make sure the battery doesn't run completely down as I have a suspicion this is what happened to the last one. Overall I'm very pleased with the record quality for a $30 device and it's discreet enough nobody notices it. I'm rating both the device and their customer service 5 stars

Great quality. Has little light on sight indicates that device in use. Bought 2 month ago, so far works great!

Update as of 10/11/2016:TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE! I was very excited about the product, but the wristband on the item I received was loose and eventually fell off my wrist in the first few days of using it. I contacted their customer service and they immediately apologized and asked how they could rectify the situation. They ended up sending me a new and upgraded unit. VERY happy about this company's level of service and the new unit. If you're searching for an audio recorder you can wear on your rest, look no further. I recommend this product.====I was looking forward to this product. Unfortunately I immediately began having issues with the construction of the wristband and how it connects to itself. It doesn't connect strongly and securely, and I found it falling off a few times but fortunately I always noticed as it happened. Finally, after just a week of owning it it fell off unbeknownst to me. Money down the drain. Was really hoping for a working useful everyday product that I could give a strong rating but this device just doesn't seem to be it.

I work at a hotel and we are constantly having meetings to assure guest satisfaction. I just record everything with this band instead makes my life easier and I don't have to pay attention as hard at the time lol. I know it sounds lazy but I actually know more than everyone else because I do have the mental energy to pay attention I can play it over and over again!!!! The band itself is great quality and super easy to use. You wouldn't know the difference between this and one of the watches that keep your heart rate. It makes me feel like a spy 😄😆 plus I love the music option of course!!!

It is excellent memory card reader, especially, when we going outside, it can help use to upload pictures and videos to Facebook. not only compact size but multiple function, the product integrated the Type-C port and USB port.It can be used as u flash disk on Smart phone, MacBook, and other PC with USB port. it can support SD card /TF card and other common storage device, unfortunately, my MacBook left in office.I believe that the product is very nice, will definitely to continue to support the company with any electronics if needed.

This is awesome! I bought it because I needed to cover myself when my supervisor would change his mind and/or jump my case over nothing. I now record every conversation we have. Just be sure to check your local laws before using something like this. I would highly recommend.

It is definitely a Spy type of digital recorder. It captures the voices and the background noises 100% and when you transfer the files to a digital voice application; you can hear the recording very clearly. It is long lasting. It is very simple to operate. To download it to the computer is easy as well. Therefore, this is a gadget worth a small investment and it will certainly helps in a situation where recording is needed. So go for it. Trust me, it is simple to understand.

I received this "upgraded" voice recording bracelet for testing, but upon using it for the first time, it quickly becomes apparent that no matter how I pushed the buttons, none of them works at all. Simply no response from the bracelet, despite having been charged for several hours. Very disappointed.

Worked for about a week, then kept it in my camera bag for future use. Next use (about 2 weeks after purchase), it wasn't being recognized on my Pixel. Has since not worked.

This item does not work with my iphone 7 and I didnt realise it until I just recently tried using it.Past return date, so I am stuck with it I guess.
