I'm happy about getting this book. It's not a baby book with children songs. I would say its a good beginner or intermediate book for adults or older children that want a more mature range of songs. I'm a beginner on Recorder, but since I can read some music it should not be hard to pick it up.It is just as it says, Easy Classical. - enjoy

I am an adult and still learning to play the alto recorder. I know my fingering and can read music somewhat. I enjoy having music that is not just a child's tunes.

Nice pieces, albeit short in length. I would say this is appropriate for an advanced beginner or a newer, motivated player who likes a challenge.
