I have been taking it for two weeks and it has helped my energy levels a ton. I don't have the energy crash's I usually do during the day (I work on my feet 5-8 hours a day 5days a week) and it seems to have helped a lot with my legs hurting throughout the day. I even have had energy to exercise at the END of a workday!Dissolves really well in warm to hot liquid (coffee and tea- I recommend dissolving it in Tazo Passion hot then icing it). I have also sprinkled it on toast. It has no flavor BUT you can taste a bit of texture in a drink like black coffee, probably wouldn't notice it if you take cream & sugar.It HAS had a pretty dramatic effect on appetite reduction. I have had a hard time getting hungry throughout the day these last two weeks- which helps me eat moderate sized meals instead of waiting til I am famished then gorging myself. One of the things I love most is the price. It costs relatively the same as Vital Proteins but lasts longer, and you see the same results while taking less than you would using the other brand. For that saving alone I am ready to make the switch. It also has less flavor than other brands, and it doesn’t smell! It dissolves beautifully, although I would stick to putting it in hot foods and warm to hot beverages to avoid all clumping possibilities.
