Good workout but cueing could be better
Enjoyed doing this workout and the time allotment is great but, the workout does not flow well for the off-screen participant and I believe that is because at some point the exerciser has their back to the TV and needs much more cueing. The spring settings are often omitted or said under the instructor's breath and since there are no chapters you cannot replay the video to catch up on details you may have missed.

Doesn't let you fast forward.
This video doesn't allow you to fast forward. Therefore, one is forced to go through a pilates mat workout before getting to the reformer, which for me, is very annoying!

Easy to understand
Very helpful video! Easy to understand! I am a beginner and watching this video has made exercising a joy....i don't feel confused. The different levels are wonderful to work towards.

"New" dvd obviously used!
Wish I would have opened this before the 30 day return window, as I would have noticed the DVD was chipped and scratched to hell and obviously used! I should have noticed the DVD case was dented up too. Can't comment on the quality of the program as it won't play!
