Amazon asked me to answer this question abou t"how many scoops per water) My coffee machine grinds and dispenses the coffee so I do not know how many scoops per cup. IF you are using an espresso machine I am assuming you will just fill the small container that serves to pull the water through the grounds to make the espresso. I believe the secret is in the fineness of the grounds.
