Apricot Kernels (1 Pound / 454 grams) Hunza Gold Bitter

I have had problems sleeping for months. I usually woke up around 1 -3 am and couldn't fall back to sleep for 3 to 4 hours. The night after taking 3 kernels on that first day of starting them, I slept a solid 6 hours and have continued to to do for the last almost two months! I also had some numbing around my toes on each foot and that has completely gone away. Some say the taste is quite bitter but I think they taste like almond extract with a little bit of a bitterness but it's pleasant to me.

Bought some for my friend who has Lukemia, his blood tests came back after he finished a bag, his blood sample showed dramatic improvement, he would eat about 5 to 10 kernals a day for about 3 months, I was inspired to get them for him after watching videos on B17 and the Hunza tribe on YouTube, his good results are why I am writing this review, his diet never changed other then adding these seeds to his daily consumption, I encourage anyone suffering from cancer to give it a try you have nothing to loose and then check for improvements after three months take care.

Had to quit taking our other seeds, as they got to be nothing more than Almond seeds, no bitterness. Really wanted over seas one's that haven't been irradiated, but couldn't find any other then the brand we have been buying. finally found these from CA. I have no idea if they have been irradiated, or not, but I will say they are very bitter, which is what you want!

Love that they are packaged nicely, and bitter! The way they should be!

I was under the assumption that the good nutrients is what makes these bitter. Is it possible to get the B17 without the bitter taste? Also the numbing effect you get while chewing them is not there.... Questionable quality

I like a somewhat bitter flavor on apricot kernels. These were very good and fresh.

Take this to prevent cancer! Also to help kill cancer after diagnosis used in conjunction with other natural cancer killing supplements! Make sure you chew them to a complete paste to get all the benefits. The taste is bad at first but you get used to it!

Great product! Unlike some others who give you almonds instead of kernels this bag was acceptional.Very bitter but you get use to the bitterness. IM NOT A DOCTOR SO DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH! I take roughly five at a time every 1-2 hours. They say not to exceed 60 a dayOr take 5 per hour for every 20lbs of body weight.so for me that would be 5 an hour for 7 hours. =35 daily.Body weight = 140lbs140 divided by 20 = 7 hours7 hours x 5 per hour = 35

It is not bitter as advertised. There are better qualities on Amazon US site but are not available on the Canadian site.
