Great Product!
So I have been using this for a week almost and wanted to report. I have noticed my skin has gotten cleared and softer. You must remember to take it an hour or so before you eat, but you then don't get very hungry and satiation comes quickly. However, you can still overeat if you have something you really like. But hey! It's as close as you can get to self discipline. I have lost 3 lbs which makes me happy because that is the main reason i am trying this out. But, what is wonderful is my focus has gotten outstanding. Crazy, but I notice I can focus way better than before. This alone is well worth it to me. It also has given me an energy boost. Not only do I not get sluggish during the day, but i am able to fall asleep much better, and sleep through the night. Wonderful product and will continue.

It’s great!
I dont usually post reviews, but people need to know about this product. I have lost 8 pounds in the first month of using the product. I like this product because it is so easy. All it does is curb your appetite, no side effects whatsoever. I have recommended this to several friends and colleagues this past month. I no longer crave sweets or other snacks. Just a great help for losing weight.

Awesome product
I noticed immediately after taking this product that my appetite was suppressed. I basically went the entire day without being hungry and not feeling wanting to eat. I didn't think it was from the forskolin at first so after taking it the second day, I noticed the same, not really having an appetite. So far, so good.

Losing weight but...
this is actually the first product that has curbed my appetite. I have not been hungry or eating between meals. HOWEVER, I have gone to one pill a day because I cannot be far from a bathroom. I really hope this works because I like the results
