Dritz Sewing Machine Cover

My review of this is my own fault. The whole "three stars". There is NOTHING wrong with this sewing machine cover. But, being new to soft sewing machine covers, I didn't really pay attention to the fact that it does not cover the whole machine. However, it's not supposed to, based on the photo alone. That is the "my fault" part. So - based on the photo on the packaging - this is PERFECT. The plastic seems very heavy, it doesn't want to rip easily, etc. But if you want your whole machine covered up, this isn't the one for you. The hard covers surround the whole machine, the soft covers are just a drape for dust I think. I have since moved my machine into a bag and I will likely use this on a less expensive machine that I don't care as much about. This is all personal preference stuff, but I am giving you as much info as I can so you make sure you're buying the item you intended.

I needed some covers for my sewing machines to keep the dust off without having to pack them away. These plastic covers keep my machines protected until I am ready to use them again. And I don't have to take them out of their cases.

I needed something to cover my sewing machine when it’s not in use and I needed it NOT to cover all the way to the bottom of the base because I have an extension table that comes more than half way to the back of the machine...and this fit perfectly! The cover stops right where the extension table starts. Perfect!

Love this dust cover for my sewing machine!

I have a Brother JX2517. It barely covers the sewing are, but if you just want it to keep the dust away, it should do the job. The plastic is soft and off white. My box had the measurements on it and are true to the actual cover. Wish it was a little longer, but I'm still happy with my purchase.
