**Q: Is this spicy and sweet?**
A: The smell and taste reminds me somewhat of cane syrup, but not as thick nor as sweet. It is not spicy. Flo Lum has a cooking channel on You Tube and occasionally uses it in her recipes which is where I came across it. Hope
