This posture corrector has been beneficial for spinal curvature and upper back pain. It's adjustable and padded, so it's pretty comfortable for whatever your body size may be. It took me a minute to figure out how to adjust the straps, but it's just a matter of straightening out them out and adjusting the velcro. There is plenty of extra space here for any petite or average sized adult.

Good product . feet well but needs some skill to adjust it

This product, the back alignment product (not the silver cloth product or the cutting board product) did not work for me one bit. Cut into my neck so bad that my neck is raw. Today was day two, and all day I was holding my head forward so it wouldn’t rub my neck so bad. Now I have taco neck. That alone, is not a good alignment product. Throwing it away.

Overall good product. I wear a medium shirt so I ordered the large. It is too small.

My chest size is 43-44 inches approximately. Received a medium, according to the website description it says the size is 28-47. It’s little smaller than I expected, may be because I am on the max side of the dimensions. I came to a conclusion this is not fit anyone above 40 chest size. I wish they had large, could be a great fit for most men. Would love to swap my M with large if they have one.

Excellent, product, price & delivery

Despite underarm rubbing and overall lack of comfort it does the job. Certainly one cannot expect to have a tailored fit. If it does not effectively keep the back upright, it is a constant reminder to straighten the back and minimize discomfort. I wear it only at home or when running errands under a heavy coat.
