I bought the XL-Tall. I was 5’11 190 when I bout it. At 263 I could not we’re it without loosing all the side straps. I’m now 215 and it fits great still

My husband is 6’1 & about 250lbs. I purchased a 4XL tall. It ran a little big as far as width goes so i had to take it in from the sides about 1 1/2-2inches (the material part) Other than that quality & comfort of the item is great. Id say a 3x would be fine as you can adjust it from the side
