Four anniversaries are shown across a range of issues to commemorate different events through the ages. The first shows the 50th anniversary of the RAF in 1918 with images of the Sopwith Camel and Lightnings, the second shows the Centenary of the Trades Union Congress started in 1888, the third shows 50 years of 'Votes for women' with an image of Emmeline Pankhurst, the suffragette leader and the event has it's centenary this year, the fourth shows the 250th anniversary of the first voyage of HMS Endeavor, which was commanded by James Cook when he discovered Australia and New Zealand.
