You could feel the difference just after a week
Holy moly what a great product! I sit at a computer all day and never think about the toll it takes on our body. This product is not only lightweight and easily concealable under my hoodie, but functional as well. After wearing it for a week I feel like I am a foot taller. The posture corrector does just that! So glad I took the plunge and got one. Whether or not you sit at a computer like me all day, this is a must have! My hips are hurting less, low back pain has dropped significantly, and that crick in my middle spine area is gone! A+++++++++++++++ product

Did not like it
Did not like this product I returned it it's not meant for big people I'm 6-3 and 295 lb. I did buy the larger model .but was very uncomfortable and hard to get off once put on felt like I needed another person to get it off. LOL and dug-in under armpits was very uncomfortable the extra padding did not help at all .return it got a full refund from Amazon

I have a very bad posture problem that I wasn't' aware of until recently.Did a little googling and stumbled upon this posture correctorThe brace works just how I expected. It fits under my shirts unnoticeable.and I can see the difference in my posture after wearing it daily for about one week.One note: I am what I would say a slightly smaller than average guy and it is almost too big for me.
