a bit bigger than says but sturdy and well structured
its a little big (wide) but not major. assembly is pretty simple and parts fot well. im impressed with the bars that arent secured with screws being snugly fit so they wont fall out by moving it on its side.

Metal box spring
So easy to assemble and works just as good as a traditional box spring. No worries about wood breaking down over time either!

Box spring do it yourself
Easy to put together but still time consuming. Not a big fan of the cover. Wish it was full coverage with a zipper up.

Assembly was difficult as the nuts don’t fully tighten, leaving the box spring wobbly and unstable. It didn’t even last me a full year before falling apart on me. It was pretty cheap so I guess you get what you pay for.
