Not what I expected

It also handles hot and cold beverages easily, and the large 40-ounce capacity is perfect for weekly meal prep or making several smoothies for a gathering. The low-noise design is appreciated; it’s much quieter than a traditional blender, making it easy to use early in the morning. Features like the 12-hour delay start and 6-hour keep warm function are smart additions that make this a truly convenient kitchen appliance. However, a few issues hold this machine back from a higher rating. While the machine itself is highly technical and feature-rich, the instructions provided are severely lacking. They are tiny, poorly translated, and don't provide the level of detail necessary to fully understand all the 7-in-1 functions or how to get the best results from different types of nuts or grains. For a beginner, this is frustrating and requires trial-and-error. Furthermore, while the Self Clean function is a nice touch for a quick rinse, the chamber requires careful manual scrubbing after heavy use, especially around the base of the blending column, despite the claims of being "easy clean." Ultimately, if you are an experienced vegan or plant-milk maker, you can probably work around the weak manual and enjoy the powerful blending and vast feature set. But for the price and the complexity of the "7-in-1" claims, the user experience falls short due to the poor documentation. It's a powerful machine with great potential, but it definitely has a learning curve.

However, I wouldn’t recommend using the oat milk setting, as it heats the oats during blending, resulting in a slimy texture that’s hard to enjoy. For oat milk, use the juice function instead, which doesn’t heat the mixture and produces a much better consistency. If making oat milk, avoid the heating setting or try mixing with nuts or toasting the oats beforehand. Overall, this machine is a solid choice for homemade nut milks, just be mindful of the oat milk setting’s heating issue.
