Q: How many balls of kenkey is there in a pack

Two. It’s a bit spendy for the pack being only two balls per. My husband enjoyed them though. It’s an occasional treat then as he misses kenkey from home.

Q: So put the actual kenkee in boiling water for how long?

Boiling water tends to crumble it, especially when it's frozen. I put it in a steam pot on the stove at medium heat for about 20 minutes, so that it heats through the middle part to get an all around soft and malleable texture.

Q: How do you prepare ir for eating? Microwave?

Slice it into three or four slices and cover with wet paper towel. Microwave about two to three minutes.
