Curtain Call Electric Remote Controlled Drapery System W/13' Track CL-920A (Center Open with Wall Mount Bracket)

I bought this system for my mom's 10' picture window. Her grip is weakening, and the old string drapery system was getting sticky and hard to use. I went with a 13' system so the drapes would collect past the window 18" on each side and she would have the full window view.A laser line was very helpful in getting all the brackets aligned in row. There is a little skill involved, so I wouldn't recommend this as someone's very first DIY project without an experienced person walking them through. Thankfully a window this wide had a huge header above it behind the drywall, so I couldn't miss finding wood with my screws if I tried!I was able to locate and attach the brackets myself. My son helped me lift the rod into place and attach it, and then feed the drapes to me to hang. In hindsight, it was a relatively easy process, although it took me more time putting up this first one, than it will hanging another.I am so happy with the results. Nearly silent opening and closing, a remote with soft-touch buttons my mom can use, and customer service that promptly emailed responses to questions. I paid more for this system than others, but I believe my money was well spent. I recommend!

I am not allowed on ladders after a bad fall and a broken arm, and I always had trouble with the strings on my regular traverse rod in the dining room. Since committing myself to Alexa, I am “smartifying” my house as much as possible. So I took a deep breath and ponied up for this baby. The quality is superb, installation with a helper was straightforward, and the operation is glass smooth and whisper quiet. Now I am going to set it up to be voice controlled with Alexa. I am already 78 years old and unfortunately getting frail, but I expect this to see me out. For these $$$$$, it had better!

Folks, I never write reviews, and I’m a transactionsl lawyer who struggles with a hammer. This is the best experience I have ever had with a DIY product. First, the company cut the track to length perfectly; delivery arrived in about a week; and it took me almost exactly two hours from box-opening to perfected operation. I wish all DIY projects were this easy. This Company is an absolute pleasure, the product is excellent, and installation was a breeze. Extremely quiet too. Works great

This is by far one of the best products of its kind on the market. I mostly liked the fact that this company does the initial and harder part of the assembly of the curtain rail. They will cut it to size for you. This part is important as this is well made metal not easy for you to cut to size on your own without specialized equipment. Once installed the functionality is also most impressive with a non-annoying hum when the motor is on. I bought two of the center opening model and I couldn't be happier.

I purchased a system to go with my home theater and after getting the curtain up and running it really worked well and fit in perfect with my set-up. The curtain was reasonably easy to put up, but you do need another person to help. The curtain worked great. It seems powerful and smooth. Tony is the one who helped me, and he couldn't have been any better. He's knowledgeable and always responded to my inquiries right away. I did a lot of looking for a motorized curtain and 'm glad I bought it here. It was the best one out there for the money.
