Bit of a learning curve but good for home use.

The shelter is a good size when in use but folds up and stores nicely. The operation is easy to figure out and saves an enormous amount of time when creating laminated dough. There are some sharp edges so be careful when using it- gloves do help.

This was a neat little beginner sheeter I felt I needed to get my dough rolled even. I like the idea and all but the rolling part tends to slip at times. The wheels don’t grip the boards that great. However, the overall idea and design is fine and I love that the thickness is available in many increments. I ended up going back to my rolling pin but I do think it’s useful for those who are super new to rolling dough.

I love it. It will save me a lot of work. Recommend.

I used this manual dough sheeter for making pizza dough and a small batch of pastry. Once it is set up, it rolls dough out evenly and makes getting a consistent thickness much easier. The adjustment knob lets you change thickness, but it takes a few tries to get the setting right. It clamps to the counter, so you need a solid edge to attach it to before using. The stainless steel body feels sturdy and holds up well while turning the handle. It is not a quick grab tool though. You have to set it up and clean it after, so it makes more sense if you bake often.

Ideally this will save you time but for me, I find it slipping and lowering down on my dough causing dough to be uneven. We have had parts falling off the equipment and I’m not sure how long it will last. I have only had the sheeter for a few months and it is not great quality or durable at all. Very disappointed.
