It works well. Especially if you use the fabric material. I applied a layer of the paint first, then placed the fabric and applied one coat over it. The fabric quickly sticks to the first coat on surface and is easy to apply the second coat. Just ensure to place the fabric such that it does not gets too uneven on the sirface. If the finishing is too important then you might need to skip using fabric. Try in a small area before using it in the entire area. And it worked well.
